Kerry Empey, PharmD, PhD, was among a distinguished 2013 graduating class recognized at the commencement ceremony for the University of Pittsburgh Institute for Clinical Research Education on Tuesday, May 21, 2013. Dr. Empey was among four faculty members throughout the Schools of Pharmacy and Medicine recognized for their completion of the Clinical Research Scholars Program within the Clinical and Translational Science Institute.

Five of our graduate students in the Clinical Pharmaceutical Sciences Program were also recognized at the University of Pittsburgh commencement ceremony for the Institute for Clinical Research Education. Omar Almazroo, Tian Tian Gong, Hari Kalluri, Katherine Eichinger, and Dustin Walsh each received their Certificate in Clinical and Translational Science for Doctoral Students in the Health Sciences. They are among a distinguished group being honored for their outstanding achievements.
