Susan J. Skledar, RPh, MPH, FASHP has been selected by the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP) to serve on the national selection panel for the 2015 ASHP Best Practices Award in Health-System Pharmacy. This award recognizes innovations in pharmacy practices at hospitals and health-systems across the country. Winners of the award will be recognized at the 2015 ASHP Midyear Clinical Meeting in New Orleans, LA December 2015.
Skledar has been honored twice with this award in her career with interdisciplinary teams at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC). Skledar is an associate professor in the pharmacy and therapeutics at the School of Pharmacy.
