SSHP project leaders of the Antimicrobial Stewardship Professional Project, Mohamed Kashkoush (Class of 2021) Diana Mansour and Julia Heo (Class of 2020), were recently published to the online journal and resource, “ID Stewardship: Promoting Clinical Pharmacy and Antimicrobial Stewardship.”

The online resource is a crossroads for pharmacy, education and infectious disease available for health care practitioners to learn about unique content surrounding infectious disease. PittPharmacy students expressed their opinions in the article titled “What Antimicrobial Stewardship Means To Me: Perspective From Three Pharmacy Students,” and discussed the important role pharmacists play in antimicrobial stewardship activities.

The Antimicrobial Stewardship Professional Project hopes to continue to write articles for this resource in the future.
