The School of Pharmacy participates in the University of Pittsburgh’s Commencement. Commencement is held at the John M. and Gertrude E. Petersen Events Center.

Before commencement, students often have questions regarding their eligibility to participate in the ceremony. In general, students who graduate during the academic year are permitted to participate in the ceremony. In addition to the University-wide commencement ceremony, the School of Pharmacy will have a special event for their graduates to mark the occasion. Students graduating from the School of Pharmacy will be notified of the events along with graduating instructions and where to purchase Academic Regalia.
