Wen Xie, professor of pharmaceutical sciences and director of the Center for Pharmacogenetics, was an invited seminar speaker at the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIEHS) on September 7, 2012. The title of Wen Xie’s seminar was “The Endobiotic Function of Xenobiotic Receptors and Enzymes in Obesity and Type 2 Diabetes.”
