PittPharmacy faculty member Wen Xie, MD, PhD was an invited speaker at the Experimental Biology (EB)/American Society for Pharmacology and Experimental Therapeutics (ASPET) Annual Meeting held in Boston, Maine on March 27-31, 2015.
Xie spoke at the symposium of Bile Acids and Liver Disease in Pregnant Women and Neonates. The title of Xie’s presentation was Perinatal Pharmacology of the Nuclear Receptor FXR.
Professor Xie is the The Joseph Koslow Endowed Chair and Director of the Center for Pharmacogenetics in the pharmaceutical sciences department at the School of Pharmacy.
