PharmD student Yuwei (Vivian) Tsai (Class of 2020) has been selected as an inaugural 2017-2018 SCCP Mentored Research Fellow. The SCCP Executive Board chose Tsai based on her academic achievements and research project entitled: Antimicrobial peptide as a potential antiviral agent for respiratory syncytial virus (RSV).
As quoted from Tsai’s acceptance letter: “We believe that your proposed project will be a beneficial contribution to both your education and the field of pharmacy, and we are pleased to make an investment in your research. We commend you for your dedication to personalizing your education and advancing the field of pharmacy.”
