The Pennsylvania Pharmacists Association Educational Foundation recently elected Sarah Dombrowski, PharmD, BCACP as Vice President of the Educational Foundation Board. The Foundation is a complementary organization to the Pennsylvania Pharmacists Association.

Dombrowski serves as Clinical Pharmacist with Geisinger with the Medication Therapy and Disease Management program in State College, PA. In her role as clinical pharmacist, she helps to manage patients’ medications to improve outcomes related to their chronic conditions through physician referral and collaborative practice agreements.

Dombrowski is a 2012 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Pharmacy and completed residencies with the University of Pittsburgh and Rite Aid, as well as UPMC St. Margaret. An active member of PPA, Dombrowski has served on the New Practitioner Advisory Committee and PPCN Research Collaborative prior to her tenure on the PPA Educational Foundation.
