Hongfei Zhang, MS was selected as a Student Award Winner by the 2018 Annual Meeting Committee of the American College of Clinical Pharmacology (ACCP) based on her research work titled “Altered Buprenorphine Pharmacokinetics During Pregnancy: A Population Pharmacokinetic Analysis.” As a student award winner, Zhang will receive a complimentary registration to the 3-Day 2018 ACCP Annual Meeting to be held at Rockville Maryland this Fall. Zhang will be honored with a trophy and honorarium at the Regents & Awards Dinner.

ACCP consists of a full spectrum of clinical pharmacology professionals from academia, industry, government and clinical settings who span the scope from research and drug development to patient-related care and who remain dedicated to advancing clinical pharmacology with the ultimate goal of enhancing patient care.

Zhang is a 3rd year doctoral student on the track of clinical pharmaceutical scientist at the University of Pittsburgh School of Pharmacy. Professor Raman Venkataramanan, PhD is Zhang’s faculty advisor.
