Yoko Franchetti, PhD has been invited to serve as a member of the editorial board for the Journal of Clinical Pharmacology (JCP), a peer-reviewed journal that is published by the American College of Clinical Pharmacology (ACCP) and issued monthly. The appointment runs through June 2021.
Franchetti is a PhD candidate in the Clinical Pharmaceutical Sciences track and FDA ORISE fellow. She is mentored by PittPharmacy Associate Professor Thomas D. Nolin, PharmD, PhD. Her research focuses on modeling and evaluating the impact of kidney disease on nonrenal drug disposition. She previously earned her PhD in Biostatistics from the Graduate School of Public Health at Pitt in 2010 and held a professional career as a lead statistician/co-investigator in clinical trials at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
