Dana Abraham (PharmD Student, 4th year), Dr. Jennifer Pruskowski (faculty), and Dr. Inmaculada Hernandez were featured in the February 1st, 2021 issue of American Journal of Health-System Pharmacy (AJHP). Their publication, entitled “The association between opioid dose escalation and time to death in a Comfort Measures Only population,” discusses the use of opioids in comfort measures only (CMO) patients and the importance of the palliative care team in end-of-life care.
