Five School of Pharmacy students, class of 2015, were selected as Fellows in the Jewish Healthcare Foundation’s Patient Safety Fellowship.  Lauren Cirrincione, Cara Mazzarisi, Rachel Jansen, Regina Ulis, and Ruth Lidoshore are the awardees selected from the 30 fellowships given in 2013.

The Patient Safety Fellowship provides a unique forum for graduate students in health-related disciplines to learn from leading experts from local healthcare institutions who are actively engaged in improving patient safety. Developed in 2004, the Fellowship strives to grow the leaders of tomorrow – leaders who will be team players responsive to rapid change and discovery; leaders who will apply an interdisciplinary team approach to practicing and continually improving health care and patient safety.
