Wen Xie, Professor of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Director of the Center for Pharmacogenetics, was an invited speaker at the 31st Summer Symposium in Molecular Biology held in Penn State University Park Campus, July 22-24, 2012. The theme of this year’s Symposium is “Xenobiotic Receptors: Physiological Regulators and Mediators of Toxicology” and the title of Wen Xie’s presentation was “The Endobiotic Function of CAR and PXR in Energy Metabolism”
