Dr. Bonnie Falcione is the 2013 recipient of the Rho Chi Innovation in Teaching award. As an assistant professor in the Department of Pharmacy and Therapeutics, Falcione brings something special to every lecture that she teaches, in addition to her unmatched knowledge of infectious diseases. Students have particularly enjoyed her use of fuzzy, stuffed microbes in infectious disease class and her analgesia, sedation, and delirium bingo game as part of advanced pharmaceutical care class. The award was presented to Dr. Falcione during the annual Rho Chi induction ceremony held on March 26, 2013.
