School of Pharmacy staff member Lori Schmotzer has been elected as a member of the Health, Safety, Technology and Transportation Committee for the University of Pittsburgh, Staff Association Council (SAC)

The Health, Safety, Information Technology and Transportation Committee is responsible for promoting the health, safety and security of all members of the University community; reviewing and making recommendations regarding issues of transportation relevant to staff members including but not limited to pedestrian traffic issues, public transportation, and parking and reviewing and making recommendations regarding issues of technology relevant to staff members.

Schmotzer is the graduate program coordinator in the School of Pharmacy student services Curran Center for Pharmacy Students department.
